See inspiring work from some of the world's most talented designers during a three-week celebration of creativity and craftmanship.


Discover works by some of the world's best design and innovation talent, as the London Design Biennale returns to Somerset House in 2021.

This large-scale exhibition presents newly commissioned exhibits in contemporary design and innovation from across the globe.

Meander through pavilions created by more than 20 countries and territories from Antarctica to Venezuela, showcasing designs from across six continents. Participants will be responding to the theme of Resonance, set by London Design Biennale Artistic Director Es Devlin.

Make sure to visit Somerset House's River Terrace to explore the three architectural follies designed for the Pavilion of the African Diaspora. Then head out to the courtyard to see the space transformed into Forest for Change with the installation of 400 trees.

London Design Biennale was originally due to take place in September 2020, but is now taking place in June 2021.
