About

Be one of the first to step inside The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Galleries in Westminster Abbey, as the once-hidden space opens to the public for the very first time.

Located high above the world-famous abbey in the medieval triforium, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Galleries offer spectacular views of the church and the Houses of Parliament.

The new exhibition and gallery is home to more than 300 objects from Westminster Abbey’s treasured collection, which traces its 1,000-history through four themes: Building Westminster Abbey, Worship and Daily Life, Westminster Abbey and the Monarchy, and The Abbey and National Memory.

Discover an array of fascinating items, including a model of the abbey created by Christopher Wren, a 14th-century service book, the coronation chair of Mary II, and the marriage license for the Prince and Princess of Wales.
