A small 1.5-acre (0.6 hectares) city farm home to ponies, pigs, cows, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, rabbits and guinea pigs. The farm is popular with younger children. There's also a small horticultural plot selling plants and vegetables, and a conservation area.
Additionally, there's a new workshop, with disabled access, and various clubs and activities for older children and adults; including spinning, bee-keeping, 'young farmers' guides, an animal share scheme and a nationally recognised vocational course in animal care.
