Squeezed into a cosy space on the Finchley Road, Fiddie’s freezer space has been sacrificed for the Italian restaurant’s obligatory pizza oven. The kitchen is also open-plan to allow the guests to watch the process that goes into making each dish. The result of the layout is a menu with no space for preserved ingredients.
