In the ground floor Resting Room you can enjoy a traditional G&T or a creative cocktail making use the venue’s own gin, Portobello Road Gin, and tuck into British bites from the small plates menu. Head upstairs to enjoy tapas and Spanish-inspired gin mixes at GinTonica bar.

Venture down into the basement to The Ginstitute, where you can see the gin being distilled, make your own, and discover the origins of the spirit once dubbed “mother’s ruin”.
