Kudu, Kudu bread
Pay a visit to this friendly neighbourhood restaurant for South African-inspired fare and creative sharing plates.

The first venture from couple Amy Corbin and Patrick Williams, Kudu is a welcoming restaurant on Peckham’s Queens Road, specialising in flavoursome small dishes with a creative twist.

Discover how Williams’s South African roots inspire some of the restaurant’s signature dishes, such as Kudu bread, which is cooked in a copper pot and served with melted lardon or seafood butter. Other specialities include onion and beer tarte tatin with goats curd, and mussel potjie pot with seaweed gnocchi. Or come for the weekend brunch to taste the signature shakshuka and indulgent French toast chocolate babka with miso caramel.

Corbin also comes from foodie origins, being the daughter of Chris Corbin – one half of Corbin & King, who run the likes of The Wolesely, The Delaunay and Brasserie Zédel.
