Located in the Opera Terrace of Covent Garden's Grade II-listed Market Building, Sushisamba is bursting with glitz and glamour.
Boasting sweeping views of the piazza, it's the restaurant's interiors that really dazzle. Crowned by an Eric Parry-designed glass roof, the restaurant features a "living ceiling", alive with lush South American and Japanese plants and foliage.
The venue homes a 128-seat dining room, a bar seating 26, a sushi counter with 14 seats and a large terrace overlooking the Covent Garden Piazza.
The cuisine colourfully blends Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian fare. There are vegan and gluten-free food options, as well as fixed-price lunch and pre-theatre menus.
